Step 2.Make sure there is a connection between the PS3 and the computer you want to stream from.
Step 3.Install and open Nero MediaHome. Once open a screen like this should appear.
Step 4.Click on add share and browse to the folder with the media you want to stream. It should then look something like this.
Step 5.Turn on your PS3, then enable media server through the XMB.
Step 6.
Whenever your ready click on start server in Nero MediaHome. The PS3 should register this server immediately. If it doesn't select search for media servers.
Step 7.Once the server appears it should look something along the lines of this.
Step 8.Browse to the whatever file you are trying to open.
Step 9.
The file should start playing and Nero MediaHome will show the stats of the server.
